- Trees and Tree Roots
- Gutters
- Roof
It is best practice and highly recommended that you have an annual building, electrical, plumbing and pest inspections are done by a licensed contractor, this will help you to pick up items that may be problematic before they can get out of hand.
Whilst all due care is taken by our Property Managers to regularly inspect properties and review these items, we are only conducting visual inspections and are not licensed, contractors.
