- Ensure you have a current Pool Safety Certificate provided by a Certified Pool Safety Inspector
- Register your Pool or Spa
- If your Tenant under no circumstances are you to put up a temporary water holding device, there are serious safety issues around this, contact your Landlord or Property Manager for further information.
- Ensure that your Pool Fences comply with the law.
- Repair or report any damages immediately in writing
- Remove any objects from the pool fence perimeter that could be used to access the pool over the fence or to temporarily prop open the gate
