Rental Payments

If you require information on ways to pay your rent, want to know where your rent is paid up to, or can't remember your Tenancy ID number, please email us enquiries@dreampropertymanagement.com.au and we will respond as a matter of course.

Maintenance & Repairs

As advised during your tenancy sign-up, all maintenance and repair notices must be provided in writing unless it is an emergency repair, in which case, please contact us in the first instance via phone on 1800 373 262.

There are specific criteria constituting an emergency repair, and these can be found in your General Tenancy Agreement, as well as via the Residential Tenancy Authority's website
